Lemon Chiffon Pie

I tried to capture the disgusted look on Honey's face when she smells something citrus-y. You can't quite see the horror in this picture. Anyways, this is a pie I made tonight that can't be made without another epicure spice - lemon chiffon. It turned out very good and tart. Here's the recipe:

1 pre-made pie crust (mine was 8")
1 package light cream cheese
1cup fat free plain yogurt
2tbsp honey
3tbsp lemon chiffon spice
1/4tsp vanilla

Basically mix everything up, pour it into the pie crust and freeze it for at least 2 hours before serving. Delicious!

  1. This was heaven on a fork! It was light and tart and delicious. Laurel felt it might have been better with the full fat alternatives, but I say Nay! It was perfect.
