Ham Wrapped Asparagus
I've seen this done before... I don't know if was a cold appetizer or if there was something else inside it, but I've seen it. Asparagus wrapped in ham. I gave it a shot tonight and this is how I made it:
Steam however many asparagus spears you want. Wrap a slice of thin ham around 2 spears and put, seam down, on a baking tray. Sprinkle with swiss cheese. Broil in the oven until the cheese melts.
They have the potential to look pretty fancy. I just slapped them on a plate with LOTS of pasta because that's what Jason wants. The pasta was undercooked as well. I had too much going on in the kitchen!
