This was Jason's dinner tonight - nothing fancy! Some mashed sweet potato, fish sticks and french fries. Perhaps our lunches are a little more exciting...
Spinach salad with mushroom, egg and turkey bacon! I have finally had the time to plan some meals for this week after not even grocery shopping last week. Found some recipes I'm excited to try too. Also, Jason starts his grueling Wednesday night rides this week so that means every Wednesday I can cook just anything and it will be happily DEVOURED as soon as he gets home! It's a good day to try something a little more exotic. It's also very flattering to watch someone inhale your cooking.
